Adwoa Hagan-Mensah is one of the founders of the catering company Eat Jollof London and also The Ghana Supper Club based in Kent.

Eat Jollof London is a high end professional catering company, which was founded with the aim of pushing West African food forward and adding a little spice to the industry. The Ghana Supper Club is a more intimate affair. 12-15 lucky diners book to sit together to experience Ghanaian hospitality, 5 course Ghanaian inspired meal in the comfort of her home.

Adwoa has participated in numerous TV programmes including BBC's The Restaurant hosted by Raymond Blanc and Sarah Willingham (Dragons Den),  Market Kitchen with Tom Parker-Bowles and more recently the BBC cooking competition  The Box with James Martin where she was a winner.
